**Lobby Lounge Waitress**
Are you elegant, attentive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a relaxed yet refined setting?

We are looking for a **Lobby Lounge Waitress** who will provide warm, professional, and personalized service to guests while creating a welcoming lounge experience.

**A little taste of your day-to-day:**
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

+ Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they are comfortably seated in the lobby lounge.
+ Taking food and beverage orders accurately and serving them promptly and professionally.
+ Providing detailed information about menu items, beverages, and promotions.
+ Ensuring tables, seating areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and well presented.
+ Handling guest requests, feedback, and basic service recovery with courtesy.
+ Coordinating with the Bar and Kitchen teams for smooth and timely service.
+ Clearing tables and resetting them efficiently for the next guests.
+ Following hotel service standards, SOPs, and hygiene guidelines at all times.
+ Supporting the team during peak hours and special events.

**What we need from you:**

+ Previous experience as a **Waitress or F&B Attendant** , preferably in a hotel lounge, café, or restaurant.
+ Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
+ Good command of **English** ; **Arabic language will be an advantage** .
+ Well-groomed appearance and confident communication skills.
+ Ability to multitask and work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
+ Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
